Exchanges
Chacha Mamas will exchange any product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase. For an exchange please return the product unworn, undamaged, and its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling. Exchanges only, no refunds.
Before you ship any item back for exchange please email customerservice@chachamamas.com for a confirmation number. Please explain the reason for the exchange and what product you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges must be made for a product of equal price. Additional shipping charge will incur through original payment method.
Shipping
Chacha Mamas ships by USPS priority mail. All products will be shipped the next business day. Expect to receive your merchandise in 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated by quantities of three, meaning for every three items purchased, the cost of shipping increases.
Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
